If you cancel MORE THAN 48 hours before your event/ service is due to start, you shall receive a full refund.
If you cancel within less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours before your event/ service is due to start, we shall refund what you paid / Booking Advance minus the penal provision as per the Terms of Service of the particular service/event you booked. Please refer to the penal provision as mentioned in the Terms of Service of the particular Service .
No Refund Cancellation
If you cancel within less than 24 hours before your event/ service is due to start, no refund shall be payable and the entire booking advance shall be forfeited.
Cancellation of Booking by Organizers
Your booking may be cancelled if:
If you fail to show on time at the event or to avail the service
Fail to pay the balance amount at the commencement of event/service.
Don’t have the proper documentation as required.
If you think you won’t arrive on time, contact your Service Provider and tell them when they can expect you so they don't cancel your Booking. If you’re late, we are not liable for the consequences
Cancellation of the event by the Organizers
If the event/service is cancelled by organizers due to any unforeseen circumstances , then the entire booking amount shall be refunded to the participants. No penalty or interest shall be payable..
Cancellation due Other reasons
As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behaviour (in relation to the Travel Experience) of everyone in the group. You’re also responsible for obtaining their permission before providing us with their personal data.
We have the right to stop you from making any Bookings, to cancel any Bookings you’ve made, and/or to stop you from using our Platform, our Customer Service, and/or your Account. Of course, we’ll only do this if in our opinion there’s a good reason to, such as:
fraud or abuse
non-compliance with Our values or with applicable laws or regulations
inappropriate or unlawful behavior (e.g. violence, threats, invasion of privacy) in relation to us, any of the companies we work with – or anyone else, for that matter.
If we cancel a Booking as a result, you won’t be entitled to a refund. We may tell you why we cancelled your Booking, unless telling you would (a) contravene applicable laws and/or (b) prevent or obstruct the detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities. If you believe we incorrectly cancelled your Booking, contact our Customer Service team.
Non Refundable Cancellation
A booking that are labelled as “non-refundable” cannot be amended and you won’t receive a refund if you cancel it.
If there is a refund arising out of any of the reasons mentioned in our cancellation policy then the refund amount is refunded within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund amount is pushed to the same credit card.
